Capacity Development, Wealth and Job Creation of Chaplains

1.     Vocational trainings makes people to acquire the needed skills which can profit them in life.

2.     Skilled individuals who have acquired trainings and are capable of turning their fortunes aright, but remaining unfunctional waiting at home for the government to offer them employment have become disappointments and wasters of government investments.

There is therefore, the need for these people who have acquired one skill or the other to go into fruitful ventures, demonstrating functionality.

At this point, people who have acquired such skills, need to be groomed in human and materials resources management to enable them venture into profitable and sustainable ventures.
