Billable Services

In the service industry, and all professions found in service industries, there are billable and non-billable services.
Beloved chaplains in Nigeria and by extension continent of Africa, I stand to let you know that chaplaincy services are billable services. Professional services everywhere in the world are billable. It is therefore an error of judgement classifying chaplaincy services as non-billable.
This is the more reason why we have been advocating “chaplaincy practice in for-profit setting” and we have also been calling all chaplains to release themselves for professional chaplaincy training which will make qualify to offer billable services to people.
This training is far beyond mere physical exercise, matching and parade drills which makes chaplains physically fit for the assignment to be given to them. Come one, come all for this specialized professional chaplaincy training and be qualified to for billable chaplaincy services in your various communities.

b.     When reaching out with professional chaplaincy practice to the public or organization before acceptance and recognition is granted.
c.      In emergency situations, when it will be foolery for any professional to negotiate remuneration and fee for services.
Whatever services chaplains offer in such situation may be classified as non-billable services.
Billable services is defined as
While non-billable is
