Professional Specialty

Professional specialty is an area of discipline, study or something one specializes in. while it is possible for one to specialize in any particular religion as a study; religion is not an area in professional specialization. The religion the professional practioners belong to never provide them platform for specialization.

For example:

a.     Mechanical engineering is an area of specialization in engineering field, there are Christian mechanical engineers, muslim mechanical engineers or hindu mechanical engineers.

b.     Criminal law is an area of specialization in the legal profession, there are Christian criminal lawyers as well as muslim criminal lawyers ; their religions do not provide them a platform of specialization.

c.      Correctional chaplaincy is an area of specialization in chaplaincy profession with Christian correctional chaplains, as well as muslim correctional chaplains; their religions play no part in their areas of specialization.

d.     Military chaplaincy is an area of specialization, with charitian and muslim chaplains in the military service.

e.     Police chaplaincy is also a specialized area of chaplaincy profession and practice, with Christian and muslim chaplains in the service of the force men.

f.       Orthopedic is an area of specialization in medicine, with Christian and muslim orthopedic doctors; religion has nothing to do on their areas of specialization.

g.     Virology is a specialized area in medical service with Christian and muslim virologists at work; their religion play no part in their specialties.

This clarification becomes necessary so as to remove any form of confusion or misconception people may have had before now.

Your specialty is usually determined by your gifting, area of training and field you are best suited for.
