Chaplaincy Community

Chaplaincy Community
The chaplaincy community in the continent of Africa needs to put in place a strategy that will tactically help in driving the chaplaincy profession in the chaplaincy industry.
1.     Trained professional chaplains must be allowed to drive the chaplaincy industry.
2.     Highly educated chaplains who have robust knowledge of chaplaincy should be allowed to drive chaplaincy industry.
3.     Chaplains who have robust understanding of what chaplaincy practice should be put in place to drive the chaplaincy industry.
4.     Qualified chaplaincy educators should be grown and developed to make chaplaincy education available to the public.
5.     Qualified professional chaplains should be allowed to drive chaplaincy profession and its practice in Africa.
I enjoin those with these qualities to come out from their hiding and take charge and responsibility to making chaplaincy profession and practice what is should be in the continent of Africa.
