FAILURE

Although failure is distasteful, undesired and never prayed for, yet failure abounds in all human endeavors in life.
Many inventions and successes we celebrate and hail today were not results of first attempt, many attempt had to be made before success was attained.
Failure therefore has been discovered to be part of normal life, this gives us a serious concern as professional chaplains for there are people in the society who consider failure to be the end of life instead of seeing failure as an opportunity for a a new beginning to excellence.
We have an herculian task as chaplains to work amongst such people bringing about a change in their perception and helping them to navigate through life difficulties. This duty is enough for us to occupy our time for posterity is waiting for us all. God bless you all. Prof. Mike
