What Makes You and I Qualified
to be Called Experts or Specialists in our Fields of Endeavour
1.
One’s
devotion and commitment to one’s occupation, job, assignment and duty; with
great success and accomplishment makes one to be called a specialist.
2.
One’s
demonstration of expertise in a branch of learning or discipline, makes one
qualified to be called a specialist, for example;
i.
A
specialist surgeon is a highly educated and qualified surgeon, who has narrowed
down to a specific branch of medicine and surgery and has made a mastery of it.
ii. A specialist welder is a professional
welder, who has the needed expertise in welding engineering and has
distinguished himself in this field, e.g. cast welding – special branch of
welding.
iii. A specialist chaplain is a
professional chaplain, who has singled him/herself out from others in becoming
expert in his/her field of endeavor and specialty.
A highly educated professional
chaplain of repute, e.g. chaplaincy educator, a psychotherapist, an arbitrator,
conflict resolutor, etc.
Join the group of professionals, have your areas of specialty
and diversity to be of a greater benefit to humanity.
