MAN-POWER, UNHARNESSED BY GOVERNMENTS IN NIGERIA AND THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA.
As there is an increase in
the call for man-power development in nations, especially developing nations of
our world and continent of Africa; it is surprising that there is a group
Professionals (profitable man-power) unrecognized or unharnessed by various
governments across Africa, even though their functions and their relevance
permeates every sector of the economy.
